Privacy Policy

Exam Days is local-only

Exam Days does not require an account and does not send your exam data to us. Exam names, subjects, dates, reminder choices, appearance settings, and unlock status are stored locally on your device. A local App Group container shares the minimum data needed with the Exam Days widget on the same device.

No tracking or analytics

The app contains no advertising, analytics, telemetry, third-party crash reporting, tracking SDKs, or tracking pixels. We do not collect, sell, rent, or share app usage data or personal information. The app does not use a backend or cloud-sync service.

Notifications

If you enable revision reminders, the app asks iOS to schedule them locally on your device. Reminder content and schedules are not sent to us. You can change notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Purchases

The optional one-time unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your payment details. The app checks Apple's verified entitlement and stores only the resulting unlock status locally. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Official-source links

Exam Days includes links to education authorities so you can verify official dates. Opening one of these links leaves the app; the destination website's privacy policy then applies. The app does not report which links you open.

Feedback and date reports

If you choose to send feedback or report a wrong exam date, Exam Days opens your email app with a draft addressed to us. The draft includes the app version and build, device model, iOS version, and device locale so we can investigate. For a date report, it also includes the relevant exam and official-source details. You can review, edit, or delete this information before sending. Nothing is sent unless you send the email.

Retention and deletion

Your exam data remains on your device until you delete an exam or remove the app. Because we do not receive or store this data on a server, we have no server-side copy to retain or provide.

Children and students

Exam Days can be used by students. The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children or adults.

Changes

If the app's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that change is released.
